Run time:  approximately 45min

Koto is the traditional Japanese instrument with thirteen strings.  Koto are made of wood (Paulownia tomentosa) and roughly 71 inches in length.  Thirteen strings are strung over thirteen movable bridges along the width of the instrument. Japanese koto has a characteristic sound that is often described as the image of water.
